1. Take a moment to understand who we are (and what we do) by exploring this website thoroughly. You can also get to know our founder, Patrick Laing, by listening in to his live radio show on VoiceAmerica Business, Spotify, iHeartRadio, etc. or at www.certaintylive.com.
   
2. Schedule a time to meet with us for an initial sales interview by scheduling a time with our COO North America, Victoria Foster, here.  
   
3. If we feel you'd be a good fit for our team and vision, and have the right set of skills, we will schedule you for additional interviews.  
4. If we choose to partner, we'll send you our NDA/Non-compete and Certainty affiliate Revenue Agreement agreement and compensation summary next just to make sure we're all on the same page. You'll then be in business for yourself, just not by yourself.
   
5. We'll train you on our seven divisions (Ai, Benefit, Cost-reduction, Efficiency, ESG, Funding, and Recovery) over the next few days (it goes by fast). We'll also show you how we're giving back and making a difference through our Certainty Cares impact programs, the Certainty Fellowship (through which we help college students graduate 100% debt-free) and the Certainty Partners program (through which we help nonprofits access unlimited zero-cost funding). We're big believers in not just making an income but also making a difference.

7. If you pass our interview process, and once you're onboarded, we'll give you access to our extraordinary Trainual training platform, our team Certainty Connect app, and all the rest of our sales and marketing tools. You can make seven digits with this opportunity. The one requirement we have is that you attend our team meeting weekly over Zoom (Wed. 1 pm Pacific) or at least watch the recap. If you can't commit this hour each week, you  don't have enough time to do this. You're welcome to join in person when you can and we hope you will but, remember, you're an independent contractor: you set your own schedule, work when you can, and produce what you're able to. If you do it well, there's no limit to how much you can make and how much you can change your own life and that of many others.
