Here at Certainty we've tried to model the company on one key principle: do what we would want others to do to us or, in other words, treat each other and our clients with the kind of dignity, respect, and service we all want to receive in our dealings, whatever those might be. There's a lot more that goes into this than just offering a fair price and showing up when we say we will. We believe real "principle-based" service to our clients consists of the following "Ten Commandments of Certainty":
- We'll show up on time. (We personally don't think any rep should show up early or late).
- Under-promise & over-perform: we'll always seek to meet and exceed your expectations.
- We'll communicate clearly what to expect, how things are going, and any project changes.
- When we fall short, we'll admit it! Mistakes happen. We will apologize and make it right.
- Continually get better: this refers to punctuality, communication, delivery, follow-up, etc.
- At Certainty we see this as a long-term friendship and we'll do our best to stay in touch.
- Don't worry, we'll check in on you occasionally but do so without loading up your in-box.
- We'll treat you & any friends or loved ones you refer as our own, with honor and respect.
- We constantly look for ways to wow you with our work ethic, responsiveness & integrity.
- If we find a way to save you more, help you out, or bless your life, we'll tell you about it.
People are our business and we firmly believe we're stronger together. You don't need all the answers; you just need to know someone who does.
